Schlumberger Techlog is an integrated wellbore interpretation platform used across petrophysics, geology, geomechanics, and drilling. It unifies log processing and interpretation—log editing, environmental corrections, depth matching, zonation, facies classification, net pay estimation, and multi-mineral inversion—into repeatable, auditable workflows. The application supports advanced data types such as image logs, NMR, acoustic measurements, and core data, with interactive crossplots, customizable templates, and rigorous quality control.
Techlog scales from single-well quicklooks to multiwell field studies, connects to common industry formats (LAS, DLIS, WITSML) and enterprise data stores, and can exchange well and interpretation data with modeling platforms like Petrel. Built-in Python scripting and a plug-in framework enable automation and custom methods, while probabilistic workflows and scenario analysis help quantify uncertainty. The result is faster, more consistent reservoir characterization and improved collaboration across subsurface disciplines.
Schlumberger Techlog is developed by Schlumberger and is used by 9 users of Software Informer. The most popular versions of this product among our users are: 2015.3 and unknown. The names of program executable files are Techlog.exe, Techlog64.exe.
